Gold D-Shape Glass Clamp, 304/316 Stainless Steel – overview
The Gold D-Shape Glass Clamp is a gold glass clamp for glass balustrades. It is the UNIKIM D-shape (half-round) clamp in AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel with a gold-colour finish, chosen for hotels, shops and homes where the railing hardware is part of the design.
The clamp fixes a glass panel to a post, a wall or a round handrail tube with rubber inserts, so the glass does not need to be drilled. Tell us the clamp size and glass thickness and we confirm the gold finish for that model.

Glass balustrades on stairs, landings and galleries in hotels, restaurants, shops and luxury homes; projects with brass, gold or champagne-coloured fittings; interior glass screens.
Installation notes
- Glass panel height in the catalogue test set-up: 800–1,000 mm; minimum panel width 500 mm.
- Gap from handrail to top of glass, and from floor to bottom of glass: 10–50 mm (up to 120 mm with edge protection).
- Fit the clamps 100–150 mm from the top and bottom edges of the panel.

Which size do I need?
Choose by glass thickness: 40 × 27 mm for thin 6–6.76 mm glass, 50 × 40 mm for glass up to 10.76 mm, and 63 × 45 mm for glass up to 12.76 mm. The same clamps in stainless steel are the D-Shape Glass Clamp 50×40 mm and the Outdoor D-Shape Glass Clamp 63×45 mm.
