What is the payment term?
30% T/T in advance, and the balance against the shipping documents.
Do you offer a customized service for our designs?
Yes. We produce custom sizes, finishes and OEM designs based on your drawings, including your logo on the items and custom colour boxes.
What is your lead time?
Standard products usually take 30–50 days. Customized products take a little longer, depending on the order.
Which stainless steel grade should I choose?
Choose 304 for dry indoor projects and 316 for outdoor, pool and coastal installations, where salt and chlorine attack lower grades.
