Adjustable Glass-to-Glass Clamp 90°–225° – overview

The Adjustable Glass-to-Glass Clamp 90°–225° (MOD 2057) is an adjustable glass railing bracket: two clamp legs are joined by a hinge, so one fitting can connect two glass panels at any angle from 90° to 225°. It is the solution for bay windows, angled balconies and odd-shaped landings.

MOD 2057 is listed on page 48 of the UNIKIM 2024 catalogue with the fixed-angle connectors MOD 2054 (180°), MOD 2055 (90°) and MOD 2056 (wall to glass). The drawing shows two 94 mm legs, 28 mm high, with the angle range 90°–225°.

Angled glass balustrades on bay balconies, terraces and roof decks; non-90° corners on stair landings and mezzanines; glass partitions, screens and shower enclosures with angled joints.

Installation notes

• Set the angle, then tighten the hinge screw before fixing the glass.
• Use at least two clamps per joint, near the top and bottom of the panels.
• Order the version for your exact glass thickness: 10 mm or 12 mm.
• Check panel size and loads against your local building rules – a glass-to-glass joint relies on both panels being fixed at their other edges.

Adjustable or fixed angle?

For an exact 90° corner a fixed clamp is simpler: the 90° Glass-to-Glass Balcony Railing Clamp (MOD 2055) or the 90° Glass-to-Glass Corner Clamp. For straight joints use the 180° Glass-to-Glass Connector Clamp; to fix glass to a wall use the 90° Wall-to-Glass Connector Clamp. Choose MOD 2057 when the angle is not 90° or 180°.
