The Stainless Steel Railing Post, Round, without Holes – Ø33.7 to 50.8 mm (MOD 9000) is a round stainless steel railing post with a welded base plate and no drilled holes. Because it has no holes, you choose the fittings: glass clamps, handrail brackets, cable fittings or bar holders can be fixed where the project needs them.

For AISI 316 replace A2 with A4. Tell us the finished height when you order; posts are cut and drilled to suit the glass and the floor build-up.

Balconies, decks and stairs where the fittings are drilled on site, handrail support posts, and custom railings with mixed infill.
Installation notes
- Fix the base plate with anchors that suit the floor: chemical anchors in concrete, through-bolts in steel, or structural screws into solid timber.
- Hide the anchors with a matching base cover from our bases and covers range.
- Mark and drill the fitting holes on site, then deburr them before fitting clamps or brackets.
- Check the guard height for your project: IBC Section 1015 requires at least 42 inches (1,067 mm) for required guards in most buildings; homes under the IRC use 36 inches.
